According to Japanese sources, Hideo Kojima has hinted at a rather big surprise involving Metal Gear Solid: Peace Walker.

"There's an unannounced system that will surprise you. It will make you want to rush out and buy a PSP."

IGN brings up the fact that at TGS, Kojima talked about a  future he envisioned where someone could simply plug a computer into a network and play a variety of games.

They also suggest that Kojima's recent comments on President Obama's Nobel Peace Prize win may hold a clue.

"President Obama, who declared 'A World Without Nuclear Weapons' in Prague, has won the Nobel Peace Prize. Has the era at last started shifting? The start of the Peace Walker plan? I hope that comes to be. 'Peace will not walk to you.' 'You must both walk towards one another.'"

Given that Kojima is practically the real-life Riddler, I have no idea what he could be talking about. However, I'm an incredibly stingy bastard, so it's going to take something really special to make me "rush out and buy a PSP."
